Retailers of Quality Cane Furniture
As a family business Helen and Terry have been in business for 28
years. They started off by installing garden buildings for the general
public, DIY stores and exhibitions in England and Europe.
In March 1982 they took over Garden of Eden at Kennedys Garden Centre.
With at least twenty conservatories with cane furniture on display.
In 1987 they formed it into a limited company. In 1990 we started
selling UPVC conservatories as well as aluminium. From 1982-1988
we opened 3 retail outlets in Surry, Basingstoke and Bristol.
Between 1988-1990 the company made some serious changes due to the
recession. We started manufacturing conservatories and installing
them to the general public. In February 1994 we moved to Unit 3 Okus
Trading Estate in Swindon. The company then gained a steady growth.
In 1998 we began to make windows, doors and conservatories for the
trade.
In 2000 we stopped installing and made the decision to deal only
with the trade but still retail the cane furniture.
In November 2002 we moved into larger premises Units
13& 14 River Ray Estate in Swindon. This was Due to the
investment of a Stuga Saw Centre to increase the quantity and quality
of our products and service.
